My Postpartum Tea blend is a tried and tested mix of Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Yarrow, Motherwort, Rose and Nettle. A bag will give up to 6 portions to make up large flasks for a new mother to sip on throughout the day.
My Warming spiced cacao (100% Organic) is a delicious blend of Cacao, Coconut Sugar, Ashwaganda & Maca mixed with a blend of heart warming spices and herbs. It is DIVINE and has proved to be a new mothers favourite bedside nourishment.
